Virginie supports cosmetic organizations with more than 20 years of professional experience in the cosmetics sector, mainly on production sites and subcontracting management. She assists teams with project charters and continuous improvement. The objective is to get them to increase their skills in order to secure quality assurance and production processes.
Virginie is responsible for auditing production units. The audit is not intended to sanction, but rather to encourage continuous improvement within organizations to ensure quality production from the first test (BPC). It also trains production teams by placing them at the heart of organizations, because without a production team, there are no products on the market.
She works with generosity and as a team, as an expert in QA, Microbio, continuous improvement, and QC service management. She is also a member of CODIR.
